The appliance, working in conjunction with ECI’s FMAudit or Printanista Hub, lets Office Technology Suppliers efficiently and effortlessly capture customer printer-metric data regardless of whether staff are working in the office using servers, in the cloud, or from home. Better still, the data is gathered without the constant and on-going hassle and expense of having to reinstall data collection agent software every time a customer’s server is upgraded or re-configured.

Highly secure and reliable, the standalone iDCA works independently of servers to also largely eliminate non-reporting printers and drop-offs. It simplifies the collection of daily printer information and centralises it to help minimise thetime and cost spent by technicians gathering accurate, complete and timely data.

Very easy to use, technicians can connect the iDCA to any network port on the customer’s network or in-line with any networked multi-function device (MFP) or printer.
